The winter of Europe, caught in the grip of inflation and the economic crisis.

A) impose a ceiling on the cost of bills, and let the governments pay the rest, PRINTING money, in a coordinated and massive way.

B) Leave the population to themselves, thus causing #social unrest and perhaps even riots, as many will simply not be able to pay.
